Relationship Manager - HF_HOUSING FINANCE_0412_2618_1018172 The Relationship Manager - Housing Finance is responsible for driving Home Loan and Mortgage business by acquiring new customers through direct sourcing, builder relationships, channel partners, DSAs, and referrals. The role involves managing the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales relationship management. The incumbent is expected to deliver business targets while ensuring superior customer experience and maintaining portfolio quality. The candidate will establish and nurture strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, property consultants, and local referral networks to generate sustainable business opportunities. The role requires conducting customer meetings, understanding financing requirements, recommending suitable mortgage products, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for seamless loan processing. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will focus on cross-selling various banking products, including Savings Accounts, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Investment Products, to enhance customer value and improve business profitability. The incumbent must ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively monitor portfolio health to minimize delinquency and credit risk. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, relationship management capabilities, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience in Home Loans, Housing Finance, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or Retail Asset Sales within Banks, Housing Finance Companies, or NBFCs will be preferred. Acquire Home Loan and Mortgage customers through multiple sourcing channels. Develop and manage relationships with Builders, DSAs, Connectors, and Property Brokers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets. Handle end-to-end loan processing and disbursement activities. Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per policy guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan approval and sanction. Cross-sell banking and third-party financial products. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards. Monitor portfolio quality and support collection efforts when required. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. 2-8 years of experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, Mortgage, LAP, Banking, or NBFC Sales. Strong networking and relationship management skills. Good understanding of retail lending products and local property market. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience Level Mid Level
