Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

RichAura Fintech Private Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their financial requirements, coordinating with banks and NBFCs, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through field visits, cold calling, references, and other sales activities.

2. Meet prospective customers, builders, property dealers, real estate consultants, and channel partners to generate business opportunities.

3. Understand customers' loan requirements and provide suitable financing solutions.

4. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

5. Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for login, credit approval, sanction, and disbursement.

6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

7. Follow up on leads and loan applications to ensure timely processing and disbursement.

8. Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and lead status using MS Excel.

9. Achieve monthly business targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.

10. Provide professional customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of sales, field marketing, and lead generation.

• Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to make cold calls and conduct customer meetings.

• Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for customer and channel partner meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or above.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

• Candidates with experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property, banking, NBFCs, DSA, or financial services will be preferred.

• Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.

• Performance-based incentives may be offered as per company policy, if applicable.
