The role involves deepening existing relationships and acquiring new ones by offering tailored banking solutions across liabilities and commercial assets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of trade finance, commercial lending, and investment products, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver a seamless banking experience. Responsibilities: Acquire and expand relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals for both liabilities and commercial assets. Deliver superior customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards. Cross-sell a wide range of banking products and services to deepen client relationships. Educate clients about new products and enhancements to maximize engagement. Organize and lead targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events. Collaborate with other group companies to offer integrated financial solutions. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and relationship history. Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries with a focus on quick turnaround and satisfaction. Job Requirements: 3 to 4 years work experience, At-least 1+ years at Relationship Manager Role. Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth customers through individualized customer service. Very good understanding of Trade and Forex. Very good understanding of Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc Understanding of MF and Insurance an added advantage Customer orientation, High energy and drive. Go getter attitude.
