Relationship Manager-Alternate Asset Group-ARD Funded High Teen Products Role Relationship Manager- AAG Department ARD Location Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai Position Grade M5 Role Overview: The Relationship Manager will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing Private Credit, Structured Finance, and Alternate Asset opportunities. The role involves developing relationships with corporates, promoters, NBFCs, PE/VC funds, family offices, and other financial intermediaries to source high-quality lending and investment opportunities while ensuring prudent risk management and portfolio quality. The incumbent will work closely with Credit, Risk, Legal, Coverage, and Product teams to execute transactions and drive portfolio growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and origination across Private Credit, Structured Finance, Alternate Assets, and Special Situations financing. Source and execute transactions including structured loans, acquisition financing, promoter funding, HoldCo financing, refinancing, growth capital, mezzanine debt, and PE-backed opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with Promoters, CFOs, Treasury Heads, Investment Bankers, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Family Offices, and Market Intermediaries. Evaluate financing opportunities through detailed financial analysis, business assessment, cash flow evaluation, and risk review. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for credit appraisal, due diligence, legal documentation, approvals, and disbursement. Structure customized financing solutions aligned with client requirements and the Bank's risk appetite. Monitor portfolio performance, asset quality, covenant compliance, and early warning indicators. Maintain a robust deal pipeline and continuously identify new opportunities through market intelligence and industry networking. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal credit policies, risk governance, and compliance standards. Prepare pitch notes, credit proposals, transaction summaries, and portfolio reviews for senior management. Job Requirements: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution. 6-15 years of experience in Private Credit, Structured Finance, Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Investment Banking, NBFCs, AIFs, or Alternate Asset Management. Strong understanding of structured lending products, private credit transactions, debt instruments, and capital structures. Experience in financial statement analysis, cash flow modelling, credit underwriting, and transaction structuring. Established network with corporate clients, financial sponsors, intermediaries, and market participants. Sound knowledge of legal documentation, security structures, covenants, and transaction negotiations. Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and execution capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
