Relationship Manager - Agricultural Finance and Dealer Funding Sales

Relationship Manager-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF) -Sales Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF)-Sales department. The ideal candidate will drive sales and build strong relationships with dealers and farmers, contributing to the bank's growth and success. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the bank's dealer and farmer network. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new dealers and farmers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new dealers and farmers as customers, expanding the bank's network. Understand the financial requirements of dealers and farmers, offering suitable financing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team. Prepare and present proposals, financial plans, and reports to customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of agricultural financing and dealer funding processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a network of customers. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of customers. Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant sales and customer relationship management tools.
