Job Description

Regional Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Sales & Territory Growth: Build and execute strategic sales plans to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets. [ 1 , 2 ] Dealer & OEM Management: Empanel new two-wheeler dealerships, maintain relationships with OEM partners, and manage trade advance limits. [ 1 ] Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise area managers and field sales representatives. [ 1 ] Portfolio & Risk Control: Monitor credit compliance and collections to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and delinquency rates (crucial for two-wheeler finance roles). [ 1 ] Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, local customer demands, and regional market trends
