Deliver , Advances growth, by managing disbursement as per Business Plan Drive retail and wholesale sales performance through dealers and channel partners Identify growth opportunities and expand market penetration in existing and new territories Monitor competition activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed To build a high performing team , maintain Manage & ensure SO Productivity PDD tracking for loan disbursed Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution Ensure First time Right [FTR] for all the cases sourced with NIL queries & disbursement without any queries at CPC New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team
