Job Title: Regional Manager – Sales (Fertilizers & Micronutrients)
Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our sales operations in the fertilizer and micronutrients segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural input sales, with proven leadership capabilities and an established dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Officers across assigned territories.

• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed business targets.

• Develop and strengthen the dealer and distribution network.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account receivables.

• Prepare and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and customer service.

• Conduct regular field visits to support and mentor the sales team.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically in fertilizers and micronutrients.

• Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing large dealer networks.

• Strong knowledge of the agriculture input market, particularly in Tamil Nadu.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
