We are currently hiring Regional Head - Andhra Pradesh & Telangana for one of our clients.

Job Title: Regional Head - Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Industry: Building Materials / Project Sales
Education: Graduate in Engineering / Science / Business (MBA is an added advantage)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to drive B2B sales across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidate should have experience in project sales, specification selling, and channel partner development within the building materials or related industries.

Experience & Background

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales of building materials, interiors, specialty surfaces, flooring, or hygiene/facility products.

• Direct exposure to one or more of Kleenclad's end sectors: healthcare/hospitals, pharma, food & beverage, or commercial kitchens / HORECA.

• Demonstrated specification-selling track record, working with architects, consultants, and PMC firms not purely transactional product selling.

Skills & Competencies

• Project and specification selling across long cycles with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to interpret tender documents and sector compliance requirements.

• Channel partner, distributor, and applicator network development.

• Technical aptitude to learn and credibly present antimicrobial cladding, anti-contamination flooring, and sanitization lighting.

• Strong local market knowledge of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana; Telugu fluency strongly preferred, alongside English and Hindi.

Personal Attributes

• Self-starter able to own a two-state region with limited local supervision.

• Willing to travel extensively across both states.

• Existing relationships within target sectors are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate in engineering, science, or business. A civil, architecture, or interior-related background is a plus but not mandatory.

• MBA is optional and considered an advantage
