Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records including journal entries, purchase/sales invoices, receipts, and payments.

Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets for financial data analysis and reporting.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.

Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, and statutory compliances.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Generate reports related to sales, expenses, and cash flows using advanced Excel functions.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

Coordinate with auditors and support in audit-related activities.

Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.
