Receptionist/Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Receptionist / Marketing Executives. The role involves handling front desk operations, engaging with walk-in customers, and driving in-store sales for fitness and nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations (Whey Protein, Supplements, Nutrition Products)

• Explain product benefits, usage, and offers to drive conversions

• Generate leads from walk-in inquiries and maintain follow-ups

• Manage billing, invoices, and CRM entries efficiently

• Promote ongoing offers, membership plans, and combo deals

• Support local marketing activities and in-store promotions

• Maintain a positive store experience and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (English + Local Language preferred)

• Basic knowledge or interest in fitness, gym, or nutrition products

• Sales-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Billing software / CRM)

• Presentable personality with a customer-first approach

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in retail, gym, supplement store, or front office roles

• Passion for fitness, health, or nutrition industry
