Receptionist/Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

• Call and connect with customers daily to understand their IT security needs

• Set up 10–15 web meetings per week with potential clients

• Learn and talk about IT security solutions and services we offer

• Understand and explain basic features of products like:

  • Palo Alto, Sophos, Trend Micro, ForcePoint, SonicWall

  • Thales, Google Mail, Tata Tele Lease Line

  • Cybersecurity services like VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)

• Identify sales opportunities and guide customers to the right solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Good English communication (spoken & basic written)

• Any experience in customer-facing roles (telecalling, sales, or support) is a plus

• Willingness to learn about technology and cybersecurity

• A positive attitude and sales mindset
