Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, directing calls to appropriate team members.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.

  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Make and confirm appointments for property viewings and meetings.

  • Facilitate communication between clients and real estate agents.

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

  • Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

  • Conduct property showings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and sales proposals.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and contracts in a timely manner.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.

  • Stay informed about market trends, local inventory, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility through various channels.

  • Attend industry events, open houses, and networking sessions to promote the company and its listings.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business goals.
