Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual for the position of Office Admin cum Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day office administrative tasks and will also assist the sales team in lead generation, telecalling, and B2B sales coordination. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in both administrative and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office premises.
Serve beverages to staff and guests as required.
Manage basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
Handle courier dispatch and local travel for bank work or document submissions.
Support back-office staff in daily routines.
Lead Generation & Sales:
Assist in identifying potential clients and collecting leads through online platforms and directories.
Make cold calls to prospective businesses and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead and client databases.
Share marketing materials and proposals with leads as per instructions.
Coordinate follow-ups with leads and support the closure process.
Visit local businesses (if needed) to generate B2B contacts.
Requirements:
12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred but not mandatory).
