We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Educational Consultancy Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and their parents, understanding their academic goals, and providing guidance regarding suitable colleges, courses, and admission procedures.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from leads provided by the company.
Explain academic programs, admission processes, eligibility criteria, and college options.
Understand students’ interests, career goals, and financial preferences to suggest the best-fit colleges or universities.
Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling queries, doubts, and objections.
Follow up regularly with interested students to ensure successful admissions.
Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to streamline the admission process.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Prior experience in telecalling, student counselling, or education sector preferred.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Confident and pleasant personality.
Good listener with empathy and patience.

Willingness to learn about educational programs and admission procedures.
