We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into site visits and bookings for residential real estate projects.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
Explain project details clearly and professionally to clients
Generate and qualify leads for site visits and meetings
Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into sales
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/data sheets
Coordinate with field sales team for site visits and closures
Achieve assigned monthly/weekly targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Confident and convincing personality
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good listening skills
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
