We are looking for a results-driven sales executive to join a Leading Real estate Group in Ahmedabad, Naroda Dehgam circle. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Assist in the sales process by providing information about properties and scheduling viewings.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Manage and update client databases and records.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials and property listings.
• Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and property values.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, real estate is an added advantage.
