Land Sourcing:

• Search and identify potential lands through online portals such as NoBroker, 99Acres, OLX, Magicbricks, and other relevant platforms.

• Maintain a regular tracking sheet of all sourced leads.

• Communication & Coordination

• Make outbound calls to landowners, mediators, and brokers to gather accurate information about available properties.

• Build strong relationships with key land mediators to ensure continuous lead flow.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
