Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Telesales Executive to generate leads, handle inbound and outbound calls, and convert prospects into site visits and sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects

  • Explain property details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly

  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team

  • Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure conversion

  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead closure


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

  • 6 month–3 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales

  • Freshers with good communication skills can apply

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

  • Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and calling tools
