Real Estate Telesales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

•Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult client on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.

•Ensuring a fair and honest dealing

•Prepare necessary paperwork(contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

•Maintain and update listings of available properties

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:

•12 pass

• Minimun 1yr of experience

• Strong skills in negotiation and communication

• Ms office and Ms Excel familiarity

• Only Male candidate require

•Salary 18k according to knowledge and experience

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
