📞 Job Description: Real Estate Pre-Sales Telecaller
Position: Telecaller – Pre-Sales (Real Estate)

Experience: 0.6 – 3 years (BPO / Telecalling preferred)
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given leads/database.
Explain project details briefly and generate customer interest.
Fix and confirm site visits with interested customers.
Maintain proper records of calls and site visit schedules in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with customers until the site visit is completed.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling post-visit.
Requirements & Skills: 12th pass
Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / BPO / customer handling.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language a plus).
Confident, polite, and persuasive with good follow-up ability.
Comfortable with daily calling targets.
