About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential buyers, understand their requirements, and assist them throughout the property-buying process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain property details, projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Handle customer queries and provide timely information.
Negotiate and coordinate with clients to support the sales process.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer records.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Experienced candidates ( minimum 6 months)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
Candidates with real estate, sales, or telecalling experience will be preferred.
