Job Overview:

Matrix Acres is hiring a dedicated sales profile to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call potential clients from the leads provided by the company. Occasionally, you may be required to visit client sites for meetings. This is an ideal role for someone who excels in communication and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to promote our real estate projects.

• Follow up with prospective clients and provide detailed information about properties.

• Schedule and coordinate client visits to the property sites when required.

• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions.

• Occasionally visit client sites for meetings, based on client requests.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Previous experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage.

• Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 INR, depending on experience and performance during the interview process.

Interview Guidelines

• Formal Attire: Candidates should wear formal clothing, such as a formal shirt and pants for men and a formal top and pants or straight-fitted jeans for women.

• No Sports Shoes: Only formal shoes are allowed. Sports shoes, sneakers, or sandals are not permitted.

• Grooming: Candidates should have neat and clean hair and be well-groomed. Men should ensure their

  Beards are trimmed, and hair is styled neatly. Women should also appear well-groomed and professional.

• No Crop Tops or Deep Tops: Female candidates should avoid wearing crop tops or deep tops. Only

  Formal clothes are allowed.
