Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on qualified leads provided by the company.

  • Connect with potential customers over calls and explain project details.

  • Schedule and conduct site visits (SVs) with clients.

  • Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth customer experience.

  • Follow up with prospects for closures and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Maintain records of client interactions and share regular reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Comfortable with fieldwork and handling client meetings.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
