We are strengthening our pre-sales function to improve lead qualification, client engagement, and sales conversions. ��Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support the interiors sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, understanding client requirements, coordinating with design and sales teams, and ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline. ��Key Responsibilities ● Handle inbound leads, enquiries, and walk-ins for interior projects ● Qualify leads based on client requirements, budget, and timelines ● Schedule client meetings with sales consultants and designers ● Coordinate with design, BOQ, and sales teams for pre-sales documentation ● Share initial project information, brochures, and company presentations ● Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and pre-sales trackers ● Follow up with prospects and ensure timely responses ● Support the sales team in proposal preparation and client communication ● Ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team ��Required Skills & Qualifications ● 2 – 5 years of experience in pre-sales / sales coordination, preferably in the interior or real estate industry ● Strong communication and client-handling skills ● Good understanding of interior services and sales processes ● Ability to assess client requirements and qualify leads effectively ● Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and documentation ● Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-centric mindset ● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
