Job Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can engage customers over calls, understand their requirements, and fix site visits while maintaining strong follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable property options.
Schedule and confirm site visits with interested clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Update lead status in CRM and meet daily calling/site-visit targets.
Provide accurate project, pricing, and offer information to customers.
Minimum 6 months to 1 years of telecalling/telesales experience (real estate preferred).
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi/Marathi/English.
Ability to handle customer queries and generate site visits.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and locations (preferred).
Should be target-oriented and comfortable with calling.
Qualification: HSC/Graduate.
Immediate joiners preferred.
