Job Title: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach (Calling):
Proactively contact leads from the company-provided database (list) via phone to qualify prospects and generate site visit appointments.
Site Visit Management: Coordinate and conduct on-site property tours for prospective clients, providing detailed information about the project, amenities, and location.
Lead Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-up with potential buyers and address any queries or concerns until they are ready for the final sales process.
Market Feedback: Collect and communicate market feedback and client needs to the management team.
Documentation Support: Assist clients with initial paperwork related to the property booking.
Important Note on Sales Closure
Closure: The Executive will not be responsible for final negotiation and deal closing; this will be handled by a dedicated Closing Manager or Senior Sales Personnel.
Growth Opportunity: This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn high-level negotiation and sales closing skills directly from experienced Closing Managers.
