Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases Explain real estate projects (residential / commercial / plots) to clients Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Build and maintain good customer relationships Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets Requirements & Skills: Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local language] Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred Ability to convince and negotiate with customers Comfortable with calling and follow-up work Basic computer knowledge, Excel, calling software) Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
