Real Estate Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers regarding residential plot/project options in Dehradun.

• Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and available inventory to clients.

• Generate leads, nurture prospects, and schedule site visits for the on-ground sales team.

• Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and convert enquiries into meetings.

• Update lead status and client interactions in CRM on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with sales team members for closures and documentation.

• Achieve monthly targets related to calls, site visits, and conversions.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

  • Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls confidently.

  • Basic understanding of real estate (training will be provided).

  • Good customer handling skills and follow-up discipline.

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred.

  • Proficiency in Hindi; basic English required.
