We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property leads, understanding client requirements, arranging site visits and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads through calls, references and online enquiries.
Understand clients' budget, location and property requirements.
Explain suitable residential, commercial and investment properties.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Handle negotiations and assist in deal closure.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and site visits.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
