Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with sales executives.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
Update customer information and call status in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Address customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare daily activity reports.
