Awas Infra, Faridabad is hiring a confident and result-oriented Female Telecaller for its real estate team, where the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining property details, pricing, and offers, generating and scheduling site visits, maintaining proper follow-ups, and building strong customer relationships while coordinating closely with the sales team for conversions; the ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred), a positive and persuasive attitude, and 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (real estate experience is a plus), along with basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems, and in return the company offers a fixed salary with attractive incentives, performance-based bonuses, a professional and friendly work environment, and strong career growth opportunities, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM for 6 days a week, making it a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in the real estate industry with Awas Infra.
