Position: Real Estate Team Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Lead with a proven track record in property sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, managing sales teams, generating leads, and closing deals. You should be well-versed with the local real estate market, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and be capable of driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide training and mentorship to sales staff.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of real estate processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
