Sales Manager – R&R (Luxury Real Estate | Noida Extension & Yamuna Expressway)

Drive sales for luxury residential projects
Achieve booking value & unit targets
Handle HNI clients, site visits & negotiations
Lead and manage sales/telesales team
Ensure CRM follow-ups and lead conversion
Coordinate with marketing & channel partners
Track MIS, sales performance & market trends
Ensure smooth booking, documentation & customer experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Must have core experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Noida Extension & Yamuna Expressway markets
- Experience in high-rise residential projects is mandatory
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike)
