About the Role
PinClick Property Management is looking for driven and result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing real estate team as Individual Contributors (ICs). This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, business development, and closing deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
As an individual contributor, you will manage your own sales pipeline, engage with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and convert leads into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through calls, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and site visits.
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
• Negotiate with clients, address objections, and drive deal closures.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, project offerings, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, BFSI, automobile, or other target-driven industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, lead management, and customer engagement.
• Ability to handle objections, build trust, and close deals independently.
• A self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits across Bangalore.
