Job Description

Team & Performance Management

  • Lead and Motivate the Team:

    Manage, coach, and train real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals. 

  • Set Sales Targets:

    Establish clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. 

  • Monitor Performance:

    Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide constructive feedback to agents. 

  • Recruit and Train:

    Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales agents. 

Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Develop Sales Strategies:

    Create and implement effective sales plans to expand the customer base and meet revenue goals. 

  • Analyze Market Trends:

    Monitor real estate market conditions, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights to improve sales tactics. 

  • Strategic Planning:

    Contribute to overall company objectives by developing annual sales plans and quotas based on market analysis. 

Client & Deal Management

  • Build Client Relationships:

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and potential customers. 

  • Oversee Negotiations:

    Guide agents through the negotiation process to ensure favorable terms for clients and a smooth transaction. 

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction:

    Oversee the property listing, sales, and closing processes to maximize client satisfaction. 

Operations & Compliance

  • Manage Reports and Budgets:

    Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to monitor financial performance. 

  • Ensure Compliance:

    Ensure that all sales activities and operations comply with real estate laws and ethical standards. 

  • Collaborate with Departments:

    Work with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts and maximize overall success.
