Job Title: Re-Sale Manager
Location: Thane
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in real estate re-sale / secondary market

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Re-Sale Manager to join our team in Thane. The candidate will be responsible for handling property re-sale transactions, managing client relations, and driving sales performance in the secondary real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute re-sale property transactions in the Thane region.

  • Generate leads through networking, references, and digital platforms.

  • Conduct property visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Understand market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Assist clients with documentation and end-to-end deal closure.

  • Coordinate with property owners, buyers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.

  • Maintain updated records of leads, deals, and follow-ups.

  • Represent the company professionally in the market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in property re-sale / real estate sales.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling).
