Job profile:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Pitch our real estate projects and convince clients to schedule a site visit.

Clearly explain project details, location advantages, and basic pricing to the clients.

Follow up with interested leads to ensure they attend scheduled site visits.

Maintain daily call logs and update CRM with call status and lead progress.

Coordinate with the on-site sales team for visit confirmations.
