Job Overview:

Parmar Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, acquiring clients, managing high-value investor relationships, and achieving defined sales targets in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive real estate sales and acquire new clients

Generate leads and ensure effective follow-ups for conversion

Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits

Manage relationships with investors and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent sales closing ability

Good understanding of real estate sales processes

Experience in CRM tools and lead management systems

Ability to handle high-value clients (investors & HNIs)

Team handling experience will be an added advantage
