Job Title: Real Estate Sales Specialist

Job Overview:


Parmar Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our Noida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, acquiring clients, managing high-value investor relationships, and achieving defined sales targets in a competitive real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive real estate sales and acquire new clients

  • Generate leads and ensure effective follow-ups for conversion

  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits

  • Manage relationships with investors and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and sales data

Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent sales closing ability

  • Good understanding of real estate sales processes

  • Experience in CRM tools and lead management systems

  • Ability to handle high-value clients (investors & HNIs)

  • Team handling experience will be an added advantage
