पद: रियल एस्टेट सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव / बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट एग्जीक्यूटिव

कार्यस्थल: लखनऊ

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए लीड्स पर कॉल करना।

- ग्राहकों से प्रॉपर्टी की जानकारी साझा करना।

- साइट विजिट करवाना और प्रोजेक्ट दिखाना।

- ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार रखते हुए उनकी आवश्यकताओं को समझना।

- बिक्री (Sales) की प्रक्रिया पूरी करना।

- दैनिक कार्य की रिपोर्ट ऑफिस में जमा करना।

- टीम मीटिंग एवं ट्रेनिंग में भाग लेना।

- नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क बनाकर बिजनेस बढ़ाना।

योग्यता:

- 12वीं / स्नातक (Graduation) पास।

- अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल।

- सीखने और लक्ष्य (Target) के साथ काम करने की इच्छा।

- फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
