· Need to handle walk-in inquire by clients.
· Make sure to take telephonic and email follow-ups client at various stages with on time entry in CRM.
· Maintain the accurate information in CRM Software.
· Visit property with clients at various stages (from Sales to possession).
· Co-ordination between client and site maintenance team for smooth and satisfying client experience till the final possession.
· Responsible for co-ordination with site maintenance and engineering team for any pending work regarding client property from to possession stage.
· Have to do booking without the support of Top Management involvement.
· Able to confirm booking without pricing Negotiation i.e. at price decided by company.
· Undertake periodic reviews of client property for pending work status.
· Take part in any marketing events or property show decided by management. (Like GIHED Property show, Times Property Expo.)
· Prepare reports ask by seniors as & when required and issue to them.
· Maintain the healthy relationship with all his/her clients.
· Attend trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.
· Take the feedback and document the same in a timely manner.
· Must resolve the complaints within defined TATs if any.
· Undertake any other task assigned by Vyapti Group’s management.
· Accurate Banakhat (Agreement to Sale) & Sale Deed Execution Co-ordination
· Accurate Client form filling, Customer File Management skills as per procedure
· Internal & External co-ordination with banking executive, Maintenance team and Legal consultant for any pending documentation & work.
· Visit other projects in same & nearby competitive areas and if possible visit the new project which is talk of the town for self development
· Maintain a healthy environment within Team Members and with a problem solving approach
