Real Estate Sales

Job Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Development:

▪️ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

▪️ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

▪️ New CP activation in the area, Manage CP network

▪️ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

▪️ To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project

▪️ To participate in the conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project

▪️ To continuously track changing trends, price benchmarking, market dynamics, customer requirements & feedback and convey the same to the Managers/ Management

Business Development and Channel Partner Management :

▪️ To engage with all the channel partners for effective brand transition.

▪️ Design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted channel partners.

▪️ Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2C sales calls.

▪️ Consistently build on the internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct regular review meetings to drive more business.

Required Specifications :

▪️ Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience

▪️ Friendly, cheerful and helpful

▪️ Ability to handle many tasks at the same time

▪️ Ability to work well under pressure

▪️ Good social and interpersonal connects

▪️ Good written and oral communication skills ( English/ Hindi/ Marathi)
