Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including cold calls, referrals, digital campaigns, site visits, and events. • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, pricing, and availability. • Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and exhibitions.
