We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the customer acquisition journey by managing and qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to close deals efficiently.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate project inquiries.
Qualify and nurture leads generated via online/offline campaigns.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential buyers.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and feedback.
Understand client needs and explain project features, location advantages, pricing, etc.
Support the sales team with pre-sales documentation and client coordination.
Work closely with digital marketing teams to improve lead quality.
Follow up regularly to ensure high conversion and customer engagement.
Share daily/weekly reports with management on lead status and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business Administration).
1–4 years of experience in a similar pre-sales or telecalling role, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
Customer-focused with good persuasive and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or property consulting.
Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market and localities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
