Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your sales skills and market knowledge to guide clients through their real estate journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and referrals

• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client presentations

• Understand client needs and provide tailored property recommendations

• Negotiate contracts, offers, and pricing on behalf of clients

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and agents

• Ensure a seamless transaction process from listing to closing

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
