We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, showcasing properties, and guiding them through the purchase process. You will play a key role in helping clients find their ideal property .

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and fieldwork.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.

• Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers

• Provide clients with guidance and assistance in buying, selling.

• Develop deep knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams for seamless transactions.

• Handle client negotiations and close deals efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
