Experience: Up to 3 Years

Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers

• Handle property inquiries and conduct site visits

• Explain projects, pricing, payment plans & offers to clients

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements:

• Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong convincing & customer-handling abilities

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Good knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate market will be an advantage
