Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to generate property sales, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will assist customers in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and networking.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into sales.

• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.

• Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and other documentation.

• Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and registration authorities when required.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field (preferred).

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings (preferred).
