Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects

• Generate and convert leads into successful closures

• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with Pre-Sales. CRM, and Marketing teams

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Update CRM and maintain sales reports

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities

• Good understanding of the real estate sales process

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach

• Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel

Experience Required:

• 10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales

• Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred

• Candidates from the Real Estate industry only

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
