Role Purpose
To handle inbound/outbound calls, explain project details to customers, generate interest, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective customers from provided data/leads
Explain details about plots, villas, apartments, and farm lands
Understand customer requirement (investment / self-use)
Convince and schedule site visits
Share project details on WhatsApp
Regular follow-up with interested customers
Maintain daily call report and follow-up sheet
Coordinate with field sales team for site visits
Update customer status in CRM/Excel
Required Skills
Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English
Confident speaking and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of real estate terms (DTCP, RERA, plots, villas, etc.)
Patience and polite conversation style
Follow-up ability and target-oriented mindset
Experience
0–2 years in telecalling / inside sales / real estate calling preferred
Freshers with good communication can also apply
Working Hours
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days working)
Salary
Fixed salary + Incentives based on site visits and bookings
